Delete your account.

You can delete your Tiff Log account and everything in it at any time. It can't be undone.

In the app (instant)

Open Tiff Log → Me → danger_zone → DELETE EVERYTHING. Your account, tiffs, people, rules, invite data and encryption key are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email hello@tifflog.ai from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Tiff Log account". We'll confirm it's you and delete everything within 30 days, usually much sooner, and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in email, your encrypted profile and tiffs, the tap-to-pick labels kept for stats, your people and rules, your invite code and Peace Points, and the backup of your encryption key. Removed from our database right away, and from backups within 30 days.

We may keep aggregate counts that can't identify you (like total AI requests per day). Anything you shared outside the app (a copied message, a Wrapped slide) is up to you.
